We design our socks to stay in place without feeling restrictive. The cuff and leg are made with soft, high-stretch yarns, so they won’t dig in or leave marks for most people. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, look for our “looser cuff” or “comfort” styles.

No. Most of our socks use a reinforced cuff and 3D heel structure to help them stay up during daily wear. Longer styles also include extra support around the calf to prevent sliding.

Quite stretchy. We use elastic yarns that allow the socks to adapt to different foot shapes while still returning to their original form. They hold their shape well, even after washing.

It’s a finishing method where the toe seam is joined by hand instead of by a bulky machine stitch. This creates a smooth, flat finish that feels more comfortable against the toes.

Pilling can happen with natural fibers, but we use quality yarns that resist pilling during normal wear. Any light pilling can be removed easily and won’t affect durability.

Most people with sensitive skin find our socks comfortable. We avoid harsh seams and choose soft, skin-friendly yarns.

Yes. We use natural fibers and open-knit structures that allow air to circulate, keeping your feet comfortable throughout the day.

Yes. Most styles can be machine-washed on a gentle cycle. Using a laundry bag helps maintain their shape over time.

We recommend air-drying. High heat may affect elasticity or shrink natural fibers such as wool.

Our dyes are wash-resistant and hold up well with regular care. Washing in cold water helps keep the colors bright.

Cotton styles may shrink slightly on the first wash, which is normal. Wool styles should be washed on a gentle or wool cycle to avoid shrinkage.

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location and will be shown at checkout.

Yes. Unworn, unwashed items in original condition can be returned or exchanged within our return window. For hygiene reasons, worn socks can’t be accepted.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us with your order number and a photo. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.

Please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll fix the mistake and send or replace the missing/incorrect item right away.
